Ways to Donate
IDECF SUPPORTER: Click “IDECF Funds” below to find out more about the specific funds and contribute to the one of your choice.
TRIBUTE GIFTS: Tribute gifts are given in the name of a special person and are a unique expression of thoughtfulness. A donor might recognize a person on a special occasion, such as completion of a degree, a promotion, a long-term commitment of service, retirement, or other special event or honor. An acknowledgement of your gift will be sent to the honoree. These gifts can be designated for the unrestricted fund or any of the specific funds.
MEMORIAL GIFTS: Memorial gifts are given in memory of a special person and show appreciation of their life and contributions. This type of gift offers a meaningful way to pay lasting tribute to the memory of a person while also extending sympathy to the family. An acknowledgement of your contribution will be sent to the family. These gifts can be designated for the unrestricted fund, or any of the funds.
PLANNED GIVING / IDEC LEGACY SOCIETY: To better suit your needs, a range of planned giving methods are available to donors who would like to include the IDEC Foundation in their planned giving portfolio. Planned giving is an outstanding opportunity to make a charitable contribution, establish a personal legacy, and support interior design education and research at the same time. The IDEC Foundation has established the IDEC Legacy Society which honors those who have given or have indicated their intention to make a planned gift. The IDEC Foundation recommends you work with you personal attorney or financial planner to decide what method of planned giving is best for you.
